Responsibility
The organizers disclaim any liability for any disruption of the event in case of unexpected political or economic events or by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. The participant accepts this clause with his/her registration.
Payment of fees
All fees for the event registration and any additional booked services have to be paid by credit card during the registration process. For any specials, please contact your Nobel Biocare representative. A 3.99% processing fee is applied to all course registrations and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Travel costs
Nobel Biocare is not responsible for reimbursing prepaid customer travel costs (including non-refundable costs). We recommend that participants schedule and purchase airfare and hotel accommodation taking this aspect into account.
Photos and filming
By attending the event, you acknowledge that Nobel Biocare may edit and use footage it captures at the event for marketing and promotional activities (incl. Social Media) and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business. If you do not wish to be filmed or recorded, please send an email to education@nobelbiocare.com.
Due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices in today’s world, Nobel Biocare disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.
Cancellation and refund policy
The participant has the right to request full reimbursement of the registration fee if cancellation occurs no later than 30 days prior to the start of the course. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the course 30 days before the start date in case the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case, the registration fee will be reimbursed. Please apply for a refund to education@nobelbiocare.com. A 3.99% processing fee is applied to all course registrations and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
